By Josh Liberatore (June 28, 2022, 10:02 p.m. EDT) – A California appeals panel on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s refusal to disqualify Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from representing Victaulic Co. in its fight for coverage of several million with three AIG units, rejecting arguments that the firm’s lawyers obtained relevant confidential information about AIG while working at a previous firm.
