BURBANK, California, December 6, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Monarch E&S Insurance Services (Monarch E&S), a division of Specialty Program Group LLC, which operates as SPG Insurance Solutions in California, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Anderson & Murison, Inc. (A&M), a leading specialist and provider of individual individual insurance coverage.

A&M is a national full-service excess insurance broker and specialist insurance risk underwriter for businesses and individuals. A&M was incorporated in 1965 and the company started with a solid foundation in the late 1960s “having the pen” for E&S carriers and becoming a Lloyds Coverholder. “A&M enjoys an excellent reputation in our industry and a deep specialization in the field of personal umbrellas. The A&M transaction will complement Monarch’s current offering and allow us to deliver a more robust personal line solution with digital capabilities ” Derek borisoff, CEO of Monarch E&S, said. “We are delighted to have the opportunity to offer A&M retail brokers more products in the personal and corporate areas. Culturally, the two companies are a perfect fit and focus on providing the royal treatment to our clients. “

Jim mccarthy, CEO of A&M, said, “Monarch is an organization known for its superior service to retail brokers. This keen sense of customer service is shared by A&M. Our shared ability to meet the expectations of retail brokers will create an unbeatable combination of products and services. “
