IRVINE, Calif .– (BUSINESS WIRE) – October 4, 2021–

CoreLogic, one of the world’s leading providers of real estate data and analytics-based solutions, today announced that the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) has selected CoreLogic® Property Data Marketplace (Trestle ™) as its platform -Residential Ads Service’s primary data distribution form to provide streamlined access to New York City real estate listings.

Authorized sellers can now connect to CoreLogic’s high-volume interface to easily obtain standardized real estate listing data from REBNY’s Residential Real Estate Listing Service (RLS). The CoreLogic Property Data Marketplace leverages the RESO Web API to ingest and distribute data efficiently and flexibly.

“REBNY serves one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the world and we are constantly looking for proactive ways to innovate with listing data,” said Ninve James, RLS Senior Vice President of REBNY. “We are excited to partner with CoreLogic to provide our residential members with an enhanced, centralized backend system to better manage and distribute their data. Trestle will be list-fed through the elastic list system powered by Perchwell, and this synergy will provide a simpler, faster, and more efficient mechanism for our residential members and esteemed vendors to access our list data.

“If you know anything about real estate in New York City, you know it’s a complex market unlike any other,” said Scott Little, director of CoreLogic Real Estate Solutions. “Together, REBNY and CoreLogic have significantly simplified the process of licensing, acquiring and using registration data in NYC. We invite anyone who uses REBNY native data to see how much easier it is to work within the CoreLogic Property Data Marketplace.
